Today is the birthday of the Ballerina's 5th grade teacher. Being the good room mother that I am (hahaha) I made cupcakes for the celebration. I'm really into making cupcakes lately. Have you noticed? lol! I love the idea of a handheld dessert and their compact size is enough to satisfy a sweet tooth without overdoing it.Here are a couple of my favorite cupcake blogs...

I have a couple of her cook books. I don't use them very often though, because we are not really into cakes that much. Give me a cookie or a donut anytime though!

I'm back again! I went to the 52 Cupcakes site, and it locked my computer up but good! I can't understand why that should be, but I'm not going back to find out! LOL! Cupcakes are wonderful, I do agree, and I am loving the looks of that book!
